Harvey Admissions Hosts Two Virtual Events in December

The Harvey School will be hosting two special virtual admissions events this month.

On Wednesday, December 16, families interested in exploring independent school options for middle school and upper school can Zoom into a “Coffee with the Head of School” at 10 a.m. School head Bill Knauer will be greeting those who join the virtual coffee and sharing how Harvey not only offers a dynamic educational experience for middle school and upper school students but engages families in a vibrant, inclusive learning community.

On Thursday, Dec. 17, Harvey’s admissions team will be hosting an event called “Speak with Student Ambassadors.” This session will provide an opportunity for prospective students in grades 6-8 to engage with current Harvey students and learn about the Harvey experience. The Ambassadors will share what it is like attending classes with classmates who are fully engaged in learning by talented and dedicated teachers on a sprawling 125-acre campus of woods and open fields. The virtual Zoom event takes place at 5 p.m.

Throughout January and February 2021, the Harvey admissions team will continue to offer virtual events that give families the opportunity to talk with current Harvey parents and students, and attend Q&A sessions. To register for any of these virtual events, visit www.harveyschool.org/visit and choose either middle or upper school events. Families can also schedule a call to speak with an admissions team member.

Harvey, located off Route 22 in Katonah, is an independent, coeducational college preparatory school for students in grades 6 through 12 with 5-day boarding option for students in grades 9-12.
