IMAGINE-NATION: COMMUNITY-WIDE BULLYING PREVENTION INITIATIVE
Thursday, March 5, 7:00 pm
Come for your Child, your Neighbor, Our Community.
 
Guest speaker Sandy Lundy's 11-year old son took his own life as a result of bullying. Since Shane's death, Sandy has developed programs for children and adults so that what happened to Shane never happens to another child. Learn how we can all work together for the safety and well-being of the children in our community.
 
Please register so we can set up chairs accordingly.
 
LEWISBORO COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER FAIR
Saturday, March 7, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
Give back to your Community! This annual event pairs would-be teen and adult volunteers with local agencies in need of help. Stop by the Fair and speak with representatives of local groups who will have tables at the Library with information on their services and volunteer needs. Whether you are interested in the outdoors, animals or helping others - there is a volunteer spot for you!
    Please drop in at the “Helping Hands” station, where helpers of all ages can decorate small flower pots and fill with plants to donate to a local nursing home.
 
DOCUMENTARY: RAISE HELL: THE LIFE & TIMES OF MOLLY IVINS

Newborn - Age 5. Internationally acclaimed actress, singer, storyteller and puppeteer Flor Bromley teaches Spanish through music, movement, puppets and theater-based games.

Join your friends for snacks and games of Monopoly in teams, competing for the prize of Deborah Ann's gift cards!
 
ACT/SAT PRACTICE TEST
Saturday, February 29, 10am - 1:30pm
Teens take your choice of a practice ACT or SAT test and receive a FREE consultation w/C2 Education to go over your results. Please arrive promptly. Bring your pencils and calculator.
 
TEEN YOGA 
Monday, March 2, 6:30 pm
Continuation of our monthly Teen Yoga Class. Teens learn techniques to help them de-stress and relax. Bring a yoga mat and water.
