Candidates Forum at the Lewisboro Library Tomorrow

The League of Women Voters of North East Westchester and local newspaper The Record-Review are co-sponsoring a candidate forum on Wednesday, October 25. The event will take place at the Lewisboro Library, 15 Main St. in South Salem. The event begins at 7 p.m.

The evening will start with the candidates running for the County Board of Legislators, District 2. Republican incumbent Francis Corcoran is being challenged by Democrat Kitley Covill.

The Town of Lewisboro candidates will follow. Incumbent Supervisor Peter Parsons is being challenged by Jason Krellenstein. Four people are running for two seats on the town board: incumbent Peter DeLucia and incumbent Frank Kelly, Jane Crimmins and Tony Goncalves.

The forum is a great way to connect with your local candidates. The format will include statements from the candidates as well as a Q & A portion with the audience. Residents are encouraged to come with questions for their town and county candidates.
