Danbury & Katonah residents arrested by NYS police during Underage Enforcement Detail

On April 27, 2018, the New York State Police at Somers conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative (UDI) at several locations in Westchester County.

Clerks at two establishments were arrested following a sale to the underage party:

Nube M. Yunganaula, age 18, who resides in Danbury, CT and is employed at the  Shell Gas Station, 590 Route 22 Town of North Salem, was charged with a violation of the State Alcohol and Beverage Control Law.
 
The subject was issued an Appearance Ticket and directed to appear in the Town of North Salem Court on  May 14, 2018, at 6:30 p.m.

Julie Lombardi, age 63, who resides in Katonah, NY and is employed by Acme Supermarket, 100 Route 22 Town of Lewisboro, was charged with a violation of the State Alcohol and Beverage Control Law.

The subject was issued an Appearance Ticket and directed to appear in the Town of Lewisboro Court on May 21, 2018 at 6:30pm

An underage operative attempted to purchase alcohol at the following locations and was denied as a result of his age at the following establishments:
