Congratulations to Joyce Ruocco as Milford's Employee of the Month

for being selected as Employee of the Month for October 2015.

As the recipient of the award for the Mayor’s Employee of the Month Program, please join us in extending a warm congratulations to Joyce in receiving this recognition.  After a review of all of the nominations, the Selection Committee unanimously chose her as the winner for her outstanding work performance, dedicated service to the City, and her professional and positive attitude.  

Joyce began her employment on November 17, 2003, in the position of Clerk A with the city’s Department of Public Works.  In August of 2005, Joyce transferred to the Wastewater Division of Public Works.  Joyce provides the quality and quantity of diverse services required of her position.  Her conscientious attention to each task she performs is evident day in and day out.  She works seamlessly with co-workers and each city department addressing all inquiries coming into the office.

Always upbeat with a positive attitude, Joyce’s thoughtful demeanor extends beyond her employment responsibilities.  She gives personal attention to any event occurring in the lives of her co-workers. Joyce is greatly appreciated as both a dedicated employee and co-worker.  Joyce can be counted on to deal with each situation with poise, calm and, very often, humor.  These are just a few of the many reasons the Mayor extends his sincere congratulations and appreciation to Joyce for the outstanding attributes she exhibits as Employees of the Month.
