As we enter June and summertime with it comes the wonderful season of farmers markets in Milford. The vibrant market down at Walnut Beach is held every Thursday afternoon from 4 until 7 p.m. There are over 20 vendors bringing delicious foods and farm-fresh products along with eggs, handcrafted items, jewelry, fresh honey, and much more.
The farmers market is held rain or shine under the pavillion. There is live music every week along with many kids games, face painting, activities, and cornhole. Look for the special market mermaid poster to color and turn in at www.walnutbeachassociation.com. The farmers market is sponsored by the Walnut Beach Arts & Business Association.
