Jonathan Law Graduate Kalli Kinsman Receives Pantochino Scholarship

Co-producers Bert Bernardi and Jimmy Johansmeyer of the award-winning Pantochino Productions, have announced the 2023 recipient of the Evan Faram Memorial Scholarship, Kalli Kinsman of Milford.

The scholarship, in memory of founding Pantochino member Evan Faram is presented to a graduating Milford student who is furthering their education in theatre or music. Kinsman, 17,  is a recent graduate of Jonathan Law High School and will be attending Western Connecticut State University beginning this fall where she will major in music education. “Music is my inspiration to do good in this world, and I want it to help inspire my future students, as well,” said Kinsman.

Presented by Pantochino since 2020, the scholarship memorializes Evan Faram who was a founding member of the company. The Texas-born actor and entrepreneur was a graduate of Southwestern University who performed in theaters across the country and internationally. He played the title role in Pantochino’s “Teen Santa” and also appeared in “Special Breakfast.” His young life was taken by a drunk driver in 2019. “We will always remember Evan for his talent, generosity, charisma and his zest for life,” said Bernardi.
