MilfordHH Walk-Around Wednesday

In the case that you missed Milford HamletHub's Walk-Around Wednesday on Twitter, here is a recap:

We revved up the Milford HamletHub Chariot MINI Cooper, and headed out:  Chariot.

The first stop was at Live Oaks School where the parking lot was full of cars, and the grounds were being prepared for school.  Live Oaks

Next, we noticed a lot of car windows down, and radios playing loudly on this beautiful day.  Loud singing could be heard from the car across from MilfordHH's Chariot.

The Boston Post Road was clear and calm, as people traveled along this historic roadway:  BPR.

Engine 260 is having an event September 7th from 10 am - 5 pm with free admission. Visit the Southern CT Antique Fire Apparatus Collectors site, and click on News & Events for more info on this event.  See Tweet.

There was construction in the area near Milford Police Department, but traffic was flowing along without issue.

The Boys and Girls Club at West Shore Middle School had a group of kids running around, playing and having fun doing cartwheels.

The Walk-Around ended at the observation deck inside the Connecticut Audubon Society, where a bus trip was taking place and kids were learning and having fun as they prepared for a picnic lunch. See Tweet.
