UPDATE: VETERANS DAY PARADE IS AT 2 P.M. The City of Milford has issued an update: Due to additional considerations, the Veterans Ceremony and Parade Commission has adjusted the time of the Veterans Day Parade:
The Veterans Day Parade will be held on Sunday, November 10th, 2013 at 2 p.m. All units and marchers are asked to assemble at the Daniel Wasson Field parking lot at 1 p.m.
For the first time ever, we are going to have a theme! To mark the 60th Anniversary of the "Forgotten War", we will salute our Veterans of the Korean War.
As, always, the Veteran's Day Wreath Laying Ceremony will be held on November 11th, 2013 in front of City Hall at 11:00am. All are invited to attend this short but moving ceremony.
Please join us this Veterans Day to honor all our veterans who have served this country to ensure and preserve our freedoms, as they still do today.
