Milford City Hall will ring in the Holiday Season with cheer on Saturday, December 15th at 7:00pm when the Milford Concert Band and the Mayor’s Office presents its annual holiday concert, “A Milford Christmas." The concert is free to the public. A musical reading of “A Visit from St. Nicholas” will be narrated by Milford educator and historian Richard Platt along with many of your holiday favorites both new and old.
On Sunday, December 16th, the band will bring the sounds of the holidays to the Milford Senior Center at 1:30pm. Come, meet our local seniors, and join our community for musical festivities this holiday season.
The Milford Concert Band will be completing its 26th year as the official band of the city of Milford, CT. The thirty-piece band is made up of local musicians of various talents, ranging from student players, area semi-professionals, to retirees and performs around twenty shows a year for the public.
Please join us in celebrating this special time of year. A wonderful concert experience will be had by one and all.
