Milford Library, 57 New Haven Ave., and the Environmental Concerns Coalition will be hosting a film and discussion about the environment and conservation on January 12, starting at 1pm.
At 1pm, the film Planet Earth: the Future will be shown, followed by a discussion led by Steve Johnson. The discussion will center on Milford, and how our community members can help sustain our beautiful city. The hope is that this will be just the beginning of many conversations, discussions, and debates concerning plans for Milford’s future in the face of climate change, and the importance of open space.
Following the discussion, a series of short films celebrating the beauty of earth and our natural resources will be shown.
The program is free and open to all. Light refreshments will be served.
