Milford Library Presents Mindfulness Event via Zoom

Milford Library Presents Mindfulness Event via Zoom on Wednesday, July 15 at 7pm

All of us are finding it difficult to concentrate, and feelings of fear and stress have become a daily event. Mindfulness may help. It is defined as: the quality of state of being conscious or aware of something and also a mental state achieved by focusing awareness on the present moment while calmly acknowledging and accepting feeling, thought and bodily sensation. The quality or state of being conscious or aware of something.

Mindfulness is a great method for centering your thoughts, and with consistency the practice may bring peace and rest. Milford Library is pleased to host a Zoom event about mindfulness, presented by Stephen M. Cuddy.

Cuddy is the Chair of Dual Recovery Anonymous weekly meetings, he has presented mindfulness events at Pratt & Whitney and for the National Alliance on Mental Health. He is currently working on a book called Health Rocks for Healing the Challenges of Depression.

To register for this Zoom presentation, please find the link on Milford Library’s website: milfordlibrary.org.
