A Milford Christmas with Milford Concert Band

The Milford Concert Band (The Official Band of the City of Milford, CT) celebrates Christmas music three times this December beginning with our 30th “A Milford Christmas” performance at the Milford Town Hall on Saturday, Dec 17 at 7:00pm.

The Town Hall has some of the best acoustics for live music anywhere in the area.  We’ll be playing all kinds of holiday favorites as well as a reading of “A Visit from Saint Nicholas” by Milford Historian, Richard “Dick” Platt.

Sunday, Dec. 18, 1:00 pm we’ll be at The Milford Senior Center. Come, meet our local seniors and help bring our community of musical happiness this holiday season.

On Monday, Dec. 19, we bring the sounds of the holidays to the CT Post Mall at 7:00 pm on the lower level in front of Macy’s.   Come one and all.

The thirty-piece band is made up of local musicians of various talents, from student players, area semiprofessionals to retirees and performs around twenty shows a year for the public.  We are always looking for new musical talent to join us on Monday evenings at the Fowler Memorial Building for our weekly rehearsal.  Go to our Facebook page for concert updates.  A wonderful concert experience will be had by one and all.  Bring the family and enjoy music you can sing along to.
