Milford’s Economic and Community Development office and Milford Public Schools have teamed up to bring a forum on career-connected learning.
On May 25 at 6:30 p.m., Milford Superintendent of Schools Dr. Anna Cutaia will chat with ReadyCT through Zoom. ReadyCT is an organization dedicated to advocating for Pre-K through 12th-grade education policies and practices that advance academic excellence and career-connected learning for all public school students in Connecticut.
“We believe that all students should have the opportunity to explore their interests and develop the skills they need to succeed in college, career, and life,” Cutaia said. “The event promises to be an informative and engaging experience where parents can learn about the importance of career-connected learning and how it can benefit their child’s future.
ReadyCT Provides several new initiatives for career-connected opportunities, including exploring educational programs aligned with in-demand career pathways, sector-focused education and training, and more.
During the event, parents and caregivers can have a chance to explore career-connected learning with ReadyCT and discover how their child can prepare for success.
