The Quack is BACK! The Milford Harbor Duck Race Returns June 9!

The Milford Harbor Duck Race Returns June 9 from 11am to 1pm (Duck Drop at noon) at Memorial Bridge in Downtown Milford.

Thanks to The United Way of Milford and the Woodruff Family YMCA for bringing the beloved Milford Duck Race to the City - a community fundraiser.

If you have never been to the Milford Duck Race, here is how it works:

- You “adopt” a duck (or several), essentially buying a raffle ticket as each rubber duck has a number corresponding to each “adoption certificate” (raffle ticket).

- You will never actually touch or handle your duck. We keep those safe. Just retain the email with your duck number(s).

- On Race Day, all adopted ducks will be dropped into the Wepawaug River on the south side of New Haven Avenue in downtown Milford. That’s just west of the public library and just east of SBC restaurant.

- The river will carry the ducks approximately 100 meters to the finishing chute, just beneath the pedestrian bridge above the river. If your duck enters the chute first, you win prize #1! If your duck enters second, you win prize #2, and so on until all prizes have been awarded. (Just retain your email with your duck adoption number(s)!)
