Milford Garden Club Welcomes Nancy Du Brule Clemente on February 12 for a program titled "Creating an Organic Ecosystem in your Backyard"

Nancy Du Brule-Clemente is the owner of  Natureworks Horticultural Services in Northford,  Ct. Started in 1983, the Natureworks crew and retail store have used only organic fertilizers and pest control products. Education about organic gardening is the primary focus of Natureworks, which uses multimedia to spread the word about organic practices.

Nancy graduated from the Ratcliffe Hicks School of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Floriculture. She is the author of two gardening books and is presently on the board of the Connecticut Nurserymen' s Foundation.

Our program begins at 1 PM  at The DAR, 55 Prospect Street, Milford and there will be a $5 guest fee. Please contact (203) 874-4421  for more information. Potential members and guests are always welcome!  We encourage anyone with any interest in gardening to join the Milford Garden Club.  You don't have to be a master gardener; just come and enjoy the fellowship and programs!
