Pantochino Productions Inc, Milford’s professional, not-for-profit theatre company for family audiences has won in 13 awards in the the 2020 BroadwayWorld Regional Awards including Theatre of the Decade and Best Musical for it’s original holiday production, “The Gingerbreads of Broadway.”
Making it’s debut at the MAC, Milford Arts Council last year, “The Gingerbreads of Broadway” features book and lyrics by Bert Bernardi and music by Justin Rugg. The show also won awards for Best Ensemble of a Musical, Best Set Design (Von Del Mar), Best Sound Design (Sara Brown), Best Director (Bernardi), Best Original Script (Bernardi), Best Costume Design (Co-producer Jimmy Johansmeyer), Best Lighting Design (Jeff Carr) and Performer of the Decade(Mr. Johansmeyer).
Pantochino also won top honors as Best Arts Educator, Best Youth Camp/After School Program and Best Social Media.
