City of Milford Winter Storm Update

Milford, CT, February 1, 2021: As crews continue to respond to the winter storm, all City of Milford buildings will be closed to the public as of noon today, buildings are expected to reopen to the public tomorrow.

In addition, Garbage and Recycling pickup for Tuesday, February 2nd has been rescheduled to Wednesday, February 3rd. Impacted residents are asked to place totes at the curb prior to the 6:00am pickup on Wednesday, February 3rd. For any questions, please contact the Milford Department of Public Works: 203-783-3265.

As the City crews continue to clear the streets, the Alternate Side of the Street Parking Ban remains in effect until 8:00am, Wednesday, February 3rd. Off-street parking should be utilized whenever possible.

Residents are also reminded that they are responsible for shoveling snow and ice from their sidewalks and property, including fire hydrants.
