On November 8, 2017, at approximately 4:00pm Milford Police Department Special Investigations Unit served a warrant on Edward Uberti (W/M, 21) 91 Bertrose Avenue, Milford.
The investigation stemmed from a report made on November 7, 2017, regarding a 14-year-old female who stated she was having a sexual relationship with Uberti. The victim disclosed details of the relationship which took place in Milford.
Uberti is accused of having a sexual relationship with the juvenile victim.
Uberti is charged with the following:
Sexual Assault 1st
Sexual Assault 2nd
Sexual Assault 4th
Risk of Injury
Uberti was held on a $250,000 bond to appear in Milford Court on November 9, 2017.
