There will be a Thanksgiving eve tweet along with Troop G-Bridgeport on Wednesday, November 22nd.
"I will ride along with a Troop G trooper on one of the busiest travel days of the year from 4pm-11pm. This tweet along is, in part, to show what troopers and motorists experience with the (expected) heavy traffic, crashes, broken down vehicles and DUI’s, and the importance of following motor vehicle laws and having patience during this hectic travel day," explains Trooper First Class Kelly Grant.
The tweet along will be conducted on Twitter @CT_STATE_POLICE with real-time pictures, videos and traffic information being posted allowing Twitter followers to go call-to-call with Troop G.
