On January 25, 2018, members of the Milford Police Department Special Investigations Unit were assigned to investigate a possible Sexual Assault, which was reported to have happened during the early morning hours that day.
A search warrant was obtained to seize any evidence pertinent to the investigation.
On January 26, 2018, an arrest warrant was issued leading to the arrest of Cristian Figeuroa (W/M, 22) 170 Maplewood Avenue, Milford, accusing him of the following charges:
Illegal Sale of a Controlled Substance/ Narcotic
Possession of a Controlled Substance
Sexual Assault 4th
Unlawful Restraint
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
