On, February 15, 2018, at approximately 10am, an armed robbery was reported at Subway Restaurant, 1 River Street, Milford.
A male suspect walked into Subway and demanded cash from the store owner, implying that he had a weapon. The suspect took money from the register and then left the building on foot. The male suspect, Kamil Zawisza (W/M, 31) 31 Cindy Circle, Milford, was located in Milford at approximately 1:30pm, and was taken into custody.
Zawisza is also accused of being in possession of Heroin which was found on him when taken into custody.
Zawisza is charged with the following:
- Robbery 3 rd
- Larceny 6 th
- Possession of a Controlled Substance
Zawisza was held on $25,000 bond to appear in Milford Court on February 16, 2018.
