Milford Police interrupt attempted Burglary at Construction Site

On November 14, 2018, at approximately 5:00am Milford Police Officers observed suspicious activity in the parking lot of 86 Plains Road, Aldi’s shopping plaza.

Officers set up surveillance on a male and observed him enter a restricted construction site, by cutting a hole in the fence, and then remove several high-end pieces of construction equipment. The male then returned to his vehicle and was taken into custody by the officers.

Dustin Ruocco (W/M, 47) 285 Crawley Avenue, Milford was taken into custody without incident. Ruocco was charged with: Burglary 3rd Larceny 3rd Criminal Trespass 2nd Criminal Mischief 3rd Ruocco was held on a $25,000 bond to appear in Milford Court on November 14, 2018.
