On May 12, 2020, Milford Police responded to an Edgefield Ave residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident.
The victim reported that Andre Velez (W/M, 61) of 35 Edgefield Ave, Milford, threatened to shoot her. An investigation was conducted and an arrest warrant was obtained for Velez.
On May 19, 2020 Milford Police took custody in regards to the active warrant for his arrest. A search warrant was also obtained and served at Velez’s residence and numerous firearms were seized.
Velez was charged with:
- Threatening 1st
- Breach of Peace
Velez was released on a $5,000 bond and will appear in Milford Court on May 20, 2020.
