On June 1, 2020, Milford Police took custody of Stanley Hicks (W/M, 47) of 54 Atwater Street in Milford in regards to an active warrant for his arrest.
Hicks is accused of illegally reconnecting electrical service to his former residence located at 36 Richard Street from July 2018 through December 2019, after it had been shut off due to non-payment. The total value of the larceny is $7, 568.31.
Hicks was charged with:
Larceny 3rd Degree
Hicks was released on a PTA and will appear in Milford Court on July 13, 2020.
