On June 15, 2020, at approximately 11:04 am, a serious motor vehicle collision was reported in the area of Erna Ave at Junior Street. The collision was found to involve a black 2016 Mazda CX-5 which left the roadway while traveling northbound on Erna Ave. The vehicle then traveled down an embankment adjacent to Lucius Court before coming to rest in a wooded area.
The operator of the vehicle sustained serious injuries and was transported to Bridgeport Hospital for further care.
