Pantochino Announces Auditions for Rocky Horror and More

Award-winning Pantochino Productions Inc, a professional, non-union, not-for-profit theatre company, will hold open call auditions for it’s 2021-22 season on September 14 and 15 from 6 to 9 pm at Pantochino Studio on the lower level of the Connecticut Post Mall in Milford.

Co-producers Bert Bernardi and Jimmy Johansmeyer are seeking adult and teen comedic actors with excellent vocal skills, of all ethnicities and gender identities for roles in “The Rocky Horror Show,” and three new musicals “The Littlest Christmas Tree,” “Checking in on Charles,” and “As Long as We’re Talking.”

There are no roles for children under 8, however, children  8-11 may submit a virtual audition only (No one under 12 in person please). For virtual auditions, children may perform one short musical theatre song (no pop music) and forward to pantochino@gmail.com on or before September 15.

For those attending in person, sign up will begin at 5:30 pm each day and will end at 8:30pm. Please bring headshot or recent photo and resume or list of recent theatrical credits. Also prepare two songs (up-tempo and ballad) and have sheet music in proper key. Accompanist provided. Please do not dress in costume.
