Save a date! Jill Tobin from the Young Woman's League of New Canaan (YWL) announced they will be hosting the 42nd magnificent Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 28th from 9:30am at Waveny House (rain location NCHS).
Volunteers from the YWL will stuff 10,000 eggs and hide them on the lawn behind Waveny House. Inside the eggs are jellybeans, chocolates and store coupons courtesy of the New Canaan Toy Store. There are four Easter Egg Hunts, divided by age. One child in each hunt will be lucky enough to find the prized golden egg, which contains a very special certificate to the New Canaan Toy Store. All children can delight in watching Mr. and Mrs. Bunny arrive on 'Old Faithful' antique fire engine. In addition to the candy hunt, there will be a live Dixieland band, coffee, baked goods, face painting, bounce houses, bunny ears, colorful cupcakes and amazing balloon creations!
