The charming Silvermine Market, located in a 100-year old red building (directly opposite to Silvermine Art Center) has remodeled the kitchen. I was glad when I bumped into the owners - Lou Aloupis and Chef Scott Kaluczky, that it hasn't lost any of its charm and personality in the process.
