
OPTIMUS Health Care kicks off the 6th Annual Connecticut Chef’s Challenge on Thursday, September 22nd from 6-9pm at Aitoro Appliance and Electronics. The event will see 10 of Connecticut's top chefs battle to win this year’s Connecticut Chef’s Challenge Championship Title. They will also take home the coveted championship belt, a cash prize of $1,000 and a qualifying ticket to attend the 2016 World Food Competition in Orange, Alabama.
This years LOCAL competing chefs include Chef Prasad from INDIA New Canaan, Private Chef Marlon from Norwalk, Chef Renato at Basso Cafe Restaurant and Chef Angel from the Blind Rhino.

In addition to the competition, the event will feature a silent auction, live music, a photo booth, giveaways, Star 99.9 FM radio broadcasting live and more. Proceeds from the evening will benefit the OPTIMUS Foundation, which serves the healthcare needs of under-served communities in Southwestern Connecticut.
