Opening Reception for Capturing New Canaan Exhibit at the Carriage Barn on Friday, November 4 from 5:30-7pm
Join us for an opening reception for this annual exhibit of work depicting New Canaan’s iconic landscapes and settings. Meet the artists and enjoy refreshments and live music by Acoustic Quarantine.
Also featuring the winning photographs of Preservation Connecticut‘s “Picturing History: Historic Landscapes of Connecticut” contest held in celebration of Frederick Law Olmsted’s 200th birthday.
Waveny Park Conservancy will select one piece to feature on their 2022 holiday card, and award a $500 cash price to the artist.
