Beatles fans, this is for you! Vincent Bruno, Beatles scholar and rock historian, takes you on an interactive, entertaining, and informative journey about The Beatles on Tuesday, December 5 from 6 to 7pm at New Canaan Library.
From their early days as a cover band in Liverpool and Hamburg, into the excitement of Beatlemania, Bruno covers it all, including concert performances, and films. Learn about their groundbreaking studio albums (Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Peppers), the formation of Apple Corps and their remarkable final recordings at Abbey Road Studios. The post Beatles’ work of each individual will also be explored.
Vincent Bruno was the Director of First Year Programs at LaGuardia Community College (City University of New York) and holds an MPA from Baruch College.
