Celebrate the Holidays with Elm Restaurant

The team at elm have created special, seasonal menus - featuring traditional classics for you and your family to enjoy! The Christmas Eve dinner has really got my attention. They also have a New Year's Eve dinner & New Year's Day brunch menu.

The tempting Christmas Eve Menu consists of three courses, but first guests are given the Chef's Amuse-bouche (literally translated from French as the mouth amuser) There is no doubting that a warming Chestnut Soup on a cold, winters night would hit the spot.

This is followed by a choice from four appetizers which include: Bliss maple bacon & eggs with soft millstone eggs, bliss maple and candied bacon or Hudson valley foie gras with vanilla spiced quince, wild huckleberries and almond granola. The Entree choices include: Spiced duck breast with carrots glazed in bitter orange, endive marmalata and fennel puree or Wagyu beef short ribs with anson mills polenta, dried cherry, coffee, walnut and beet greens. Finally delicious dessert selection includes: Toffee pudding with crème fraiche or Apple tart walnut with caramel, vanilla ice cream or Bruleed chocolate pot de crème with almond cranberry brittle and sour cream ice cream.

Boom! What delicious dishes. And what a lovely way to kick off your holidays with the family.
