New Canaan's Mind the Gap performs at 314 Beer Garden in Norwalk on Oct. 18

Mind the Gap will rock 314 Beer Garden in Norwalk on October 18 from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm 

Mind the Gap is based in New Canaan and has been playing around Fairfield County and New York since 2014. They are one of the most entertaining party bands in CT and two–time winners of the prestigious Gates Restaurant Battle of the Bands competition in New Canaan—in 2023 and 2019.

They have also won Best Local Rock Band in the Best of the Gold Coast Awards 2016. In 2017 they scooped the awards for both Best Rock Band and Best Covers Band. In 2018 they were runners up in 95.9 The Fox’s Classic Rock Cover Battle, and in 2022 they were runners up in the Gates Battle of the Bands, but reclaimed their crown as winners this year!

They are Peter Ditlevesen—bass, Arthur Zinn—vocals and Rhythm Guitar, Drew Lavyne—lead Guitar, Graham Lampen—drums, and Chaz Lampen—keys. Charlie is Graham’s 18-year-old son. He is studying at Fordham University in NYC, but he travels back for our gigs from time to time. Their website is www.mindthegap.rocks.
