Piyo Flow Class with Lena Booth

Piyo Flow class on Mondays at the Carriage Barn to 9:45-10:45am through June 17 (excludes Memorial Day) with Lena Booth This class is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga combined. Piyo can improve overall well-being and enhance fitness goals. The Pilates element helps to develop a strong core, which is essential in gaining coordination and balance. The Yoga section incorporates gentle transitions between poses with less pressure on the joints and helps to improve posture.

One of the main benefits of taking a Piyo flow class is strength and flexibility, which prevents chance of injury and is a valuable practice for all levels.
