The New Milford Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice will host its 30th annual interfaith remembrance service Nov. 24 at 4 p.m. in New Milford. The service will feature a reading of the Roll of Life, music and additional readings to honor deceased community memebers. The serivice will be held at the First Congregational Church on Main Street
Following the service, the New Milford's Tree of Life, located in front of the Richmond Center, will be lit. Each light on the tree represents a donations given in memory of or in honor of someone special.
Immediately following the lighting, a reception will be held at the church.
Washington, Bridgewater, Roxbury and Kent will also be displaying Trees of Life.
