Signs of Spring

Take a Hike, Winter!

As the ground thaws, snow and ice give way to mud and bare ground. The roar of the river grows louder. Come explore some of Pratt's trails and open fields as we look and listen for signs of spring. We'll keep an eye out for migrating birds, and an ear out for birds starting to sing. We'll also keep track of insects buzzing, animal tracks in the mud, buds beginning to open, and learn how to find signs of spring in your own back yard!

When: Saturday, March 22 from 10 a.m.-12p.m.

Where: Pratt Nature Center, located at 163 Papermill Road in New Milford.

Cost: $10. per family or drop off
