Newcomers Club of New Canaan Holiday House Tour Supports Local Charities December 6th and 7th

Newcomers Club of New Canaan will host their Holiday House Tour on December 6th and 7th, 2019 from 10am-2pm.  Proceeds from the Holiday House Tour will benefit local charities and community service organizations that are based in New Canaan and/or serve our town's residents.

The tour is a biennial event that showcases New Canaan homes in varied architectural styles decorated for the holidays. Each home is paired with a professional designer who works with a team of Newcomer Volunteers to bring their vision to life.

While the Tour is a fun, festive way to kick off the holiday season, it is also an important fundraising event that highlights the true spirit of the season. All proceeds raised by this event benefit local charities and organizations that are the essence of our community. Over the last ten years, the Club has donated more than half a million dollars to a wide variety of worthy organizations. 

"In 2017, we raised over $70K for charitable organizations such as WavenyCare Network, NCHS Scholarship Fund, Meals on Wheels and more.  Friends of Mead Park Playground was also a key beneficiary and we are looking forward to the joy it will bring to our New Canaan community!" the Newcomers Club says.
