Explore New Canaan on August 22 from 5pm to 8pm

In a bid to attract ‘foodies’ to downtown Treasure Hunt Tours and Events co-founder Rachel Lampen is launching EXPLORE NEW CANAAN on August 22. The event, which replaces Taste of the Town, takes place in partnership with Berkshire Hathaway, located at 98 Park Street in New Canaan.

Lampen says the event welcomes families back and encourages visitors to discover our vibrant town. A portion of proceeds will go to the Food Pantry.

Here's how it works:

People can choose from 4 walking tours. Wristbands will depict which crawl, trail or dash you are on. With busy lifestyles, commuting and little ones - there is a 3-hour window for you to do your trail.

• Taste Crawl up to 12 stops
• Dessert Dash up to 4 stops
• *Wine Tasting Trail up to 6 stops
• *Beer Tasting Trail up to 6 stops
