Halloween Block Party on Elm Street Sunday, October 27th Noon – 2:00 pm
Elm Street will be closed to cars from Noon – 2:00 pm for a Halloween Block Party. Music, entertainment trick or treating and more! Bring your own bag and prepare to have fun!
Ghosts, goblins, fairy princesses, superheroes, children of all ages and their dogs are invited to participate. Grandparents and residents are invited to join in on all the fun and take lots of pictures of the various, sometimes wholly original, characters.
