Stamford EMS Run For Your Life 3K on Sunday

Stamford EMS invites all Halloween enthusiasts to run for your life in a new Halloween tradition: the Stamford EMS Run For Your Life! 3K. This family friendly fun-run takes place on Sunday, October 27th at the Stamford Town Center Plaza.

The festive, untimed run is sure to thrill all ages. Come in your favorite Halloween costume and follow a guided course in downtown Stamford filled with music, giveaways and spirit! Everyone is welcome, strollers are allowed and decorations are encouraged!

Registration opens at 9am and the fun begins at 10am. Stamford native Bobby Valentine is the Grand Marshal, and participants are automatically entered into a costume contest with great prizes.

Enjoy an incredible Stamford Town Center Fall Festival at the finish line, complete with fall-themed fun and activities. There will be face painting, pumpkin decorating, live music and entertainment, magic shows, pumpkin bowling, games, a Lego building station and much more. Enjoy yummy treats from local vendors, and giveaways hosted by Star 99.9 with a special appearance by Anna Zap.

Visit https://stamfordems.org/run/ to register today. The cost is just $25/per person until October 20th, after then the price is $30. Kids 10 and under are always FREE with a registered adult. Proceeds from the run will benefit Stamford EMS to replace two ambulances and essential medical equipment that were damaged earlier this year in an electrical fire.

“Halloween is a chance to be creative, and this new inclusive fundraiser invites the entire community to come out and have some fun for a good cause,” said Patricia Squires, Stamford EMS Chief and C.E.O.

Parking is available at the Stamford Town Center, located at 100 Greyrock Pl, in Stamford, CT. The Stamford EMS Run For Your Life! 3K will begin and end at the outdoor plaza at Stamford Town Center, and the Stamford Town Center Fall Festival will take place there too.
