It is very important for your physical and mental health, that you stay connected which is why we have worked so hard on Zoom classes and programs. Using Zoom is not difficult; ask Aggie who has probably helped 60+ people to Zoom - over the telephone. Even if you don't have a device, you can call in and listen to some programs by just using your phone.
You can also use Zoom to see and talk to friends and family.
