Humans have imagined extraterrestrial life for centuries, but life on Earth is still the only kind we know of. What makes us unique, and how did we get here? Tune in to the Science in the News’ talk, “How to Build An Earth: Just Add Water,” where three Yale scientists will discuss what is known about the origins of living things on our planet. Participants will learn about the first moments in Earth’s history, where to find the raw materials required for life, and how the humble water molecule makes it all possible.
