New Canaan YMCA Commit To Fit 2015 Program

Make it your resolution and 'Commit to Fit' today at the New Canaan YMCA.

All you have to do is complete 39 workouts or more between January 2nd and April 19th. The first 150 participants receive a Commit to Fit t-Shirt!

THE PROGRAM
Tracks your workouts: Group fitness classes, personal training sessions and individual workouts count towards your goal.

THE REWARD
Make a commitment to wellness while feeling great, get back in shape, and building a routine to keep you motivated all year long.

THE BONUS
Complete 39 workouts and qualify for the April raffle - with great prizes.

Registration does not end until January 11th, 2015.
