Norton said she wrote the book, which focuses on storytelling for young adults, because of her desire to help students succeed in college admissions, first jobs as well as career promotions. She has evaluated thousands of job applicants and employees, conducted large-scale trauma debriefings, and worked on cold cases with the NYPD, Psychological Services Unit.
