Free admission - all day!
10 am to 12 noon and 1 to 3 pm
What does winter mean to you? Weather it’s cozying up by the fire or building a snowman, everyone enjoys winter in their own unique ways. To celebrate all things snowy, join artist Adam Handler to decorate your own melt-proof snowball! Be inspired by the artists in Weather Report and their representations of snow in artwork and use paint, collage materials, and unexpected objects to create a one-of-a-kind snow sculpture of your own.
3 to 4 pm
Museum educator Cecilia Moy Fradet will lead an introductory tour of the exhibitions on view. Appropriate for all ages, this tour will travel throughout the galleries, stopping at key works of art, and invite conversation and observations.
