New Canaan Emergency Management Director Shares COVID-19 Symptoms and Community Update

This evening, New Canaan Emergency Management Director Mike Handler reported that New Canaan currently has 96 positive cases and 10 fatalities.  
 
With respect to COVID-19 symptoms, most of the emphasis has been on fevers. But our experience indicates that the following symptoms are also present:
 
1)      Dry cough
2)      Extreme fatigue
3)      Body ache
4)      Headache
5)      Loss of sense of smell & taste
6)      Gastrointestinal distress
7)      Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing
 
Should you experience any of these symptoms, please isolate yourself and consult your personal physician.
