Why did you start your business?
I started my business three years ago to help people UNcover and REcover from hidden sleep problems.
Like most people who are passionate about their work, my interest came from personal experience: five years ago I learned that I had a hidden sleep problem. And as odd as it may sound, this finding was a gift! It meant that I did NOT have a wide range of isolated health and wellness problems like skin rashes, gut health issues, and declining energy and focus. Instead, I had one problem: COUNTERFEIT SLEEP™. It was the underlying cause of all the other “problems” I was experiencing.
Thankfully, as I solved my COUNTERFEIT SLEEP™ problem, the other problems resolved themselves. My life transformed, and my goal is to help others transform their lives.
What is your best selling product/service?
My best selling service is my BANISH COUNTERFEIT SLEEP™ program. Clients reclaim their energy, focus, and productivity. Reaching weight management goals and looking more youthful are two bonuses! It’s a 4-week commitment, and yet the majority of my clients report noticeable improvements within week 1!
My BANISH COUNTERFEIT SLEEP™ program is particularly popular now as we strive to stay healthy during this pandemic. There is nothing better than a healthy immune system to prevent illness—and healthy sleep is the key to a healthy immune system.
Have you "reimagined" your small business?
I have “reimagined” my business in two ways over the past year. First, because the demand for my BANISH COUNTERFEIT SLEEP™ program has grown so substantially as people strive to avoid falling ill during this pandemic, my program will soon be available as an e-course so I can help more people than I can work with one-on-one. Second, because of the pandemic conditions, my one-on-one client work is exclusively virtual now.
