LiveGirl is proud to announce its annual invitation to apply for Impact Scholarships. These annual financial and merit awards are given to graduating high school seniors who have exemplified the LiveGirl values through extraordinary inclusive leadership and community service/advocacy.
LiveGirl Founder and CEO Sheri West shared, “Our scholars program is important for many reasons beyond providing individual girls much deserved support and recognition.” West continued, “These scholarships communicate the values we esteem and demonstrate our role in economically empowering women.”
LiveGirl Impact Scholarships are available to Connecticut residents seeking to further their education at any level. Priority is given to students who demonstrate financial need and have strong volunteer service records with LiveGirl and/or their community. The amount varies from $500 to $1,000. The application deadline is May 14.
