Endangered Species Day Friday, May 18th · 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Did you know that May 18th is Endangered Species Day? Join our Naturalists in bringing awareness to endangered species from both around the world and right here in Connecticut. Learn about the importance of protecting endangered species, celebrate endangered species success stories, and highlight the everyday actions YOU can take to help protect wildlife and the environment. You'll even get the chance to meet a few of our resident animal ambassadors up close and personal.
Members: $10/person
Non-Members: $15/person

Kickoff Event Saturday, May 19th · 1:00 p.m.
"Adopt" a plot in our community garden for the growing season (May-November)! Each 3×3 foot plot is located within a fenced-in area near the Herb Garden and all participants will have access to tools, watering facilities, and community guidance. The perfect opportunity for novices and experienced gardeners, alike! At the kickoff event, gardeners will come together to meet one another, select a plot, and begin their plantings.

Great American Campout
Saturday, June 23rd - Sunday, June 24th
3:30 p.m. - 9:30 a.m. Join us for an evening full of fun and adventure by camping out in New Canaan's favorite backyard! You won't want to miss the fun & games on the Green, BBQ dinner, night hike, and campfire complete with S'mores. In the morning, enjoy a light breakfast of bagels, juice, & coffee. Just bring your own tents & camping gear, we'll provide the rest. NCNC has a limited number of tents available for rent - please see our website for more details!
